RavenBlack City Clans

Below you will find a list of active clans of RavenBlack City. Each clan is different and unique in their own way so it is best to get some sort of understanding of the clan before joining. Along with the clan name and description is its alignment and contact information, if you are interested in joining. It should be noted that clans are strictly IC unless otherwise stated.
Please note: As clans are always changing please reply to this thread with new or updated information when applicable. Once the list is updated the posts will be removed.



Clan Cyäegha[/u][/size]
Clan Cyäegha offers aid for the wanderers of RavenBlack City - help with gaining powers, and the sharing of information. The environment is very much relaxed and independent, with heavy concept of "learn at your own pace." Members need only be motivated; willing to read and be active in the city in gaining coins and blood. After this, they are only required to do two things: be well-mannered when speaking in public, and stand by their clanmates when necessary.

The clan is Neutral and only attacks in defense - warring is not actively sought nor desired. Members generally rarely speak in public, not out of secrecy, but because there is nothing necessary to say. However any vampire is allowed to have any level of activity they want in newspapers and the like. Concepts such as honor, dignity, honesty, loyalty, and maturity are valued. All are welcome, from the newest vampires to the oldest, as long as they do not have a particularly tarnished reputation. Even those with a Battlecloak or Neutrality are welcomed.

Clan Cyäegha is not all about having fun or socializing (although it is far from taboo), like some clans, and is more businesslike than most. Members are helped on an individual basis, shown the best doors to utilize, but do all the work themselves as this builds more character and creates a better vampire.

Clan de Beljeferon[/u][/size]
Clan de Beljeferon is dedicated to the preservation and safety of the bloodline of Beljeferon, and to those Allies that share our interest in Knowledge and Peace. We welcome all honorable vampires of RavenBlack City who seek the warmth of home and family. Along with our Allies, we represent The Grey Alliance; helping each other gain knowledge and power through cooperation and free exchange of information. We do our best to be a very effective and immediate source of information for all events in the City. Ours is also a Diplomatic Clan - we do not care what your politics are. Our Ambassadors are diplomats and do not engage in the politics of the Ally Clan they represent. Whether "good", "evil" or "neutral", all are welcomed so long as they always keep the peace while within Centari Keep. Disputes do not enter these Halls. As founding members of the Grey Alliance, we seek to transform our vampiric community into a larger, more closely knit Family. We will NEVER initiate petty clan wars.

We are a clan ancient in the City and known to many. We are a place that growth can occur if you want it. You will note that we are composed of fairly quiet vampires that prefer to speak with weapons. We also work hard compiling a significant amount of history of the City. Amidst the darkness there are those of stealth and dexterity. Bounded by the camaraderie forged in brother/sisterhood of the Shadow Court, they have broken free. Shebalin master the skill of Thievery and train their bodies/minds to increase their Stamina levels to endure the stress, fatigue, and pain of combat situations. Excellence in the Dark/Shadow Operations, aka Dark Ops, is a necessity. The Shebalin perform their duties with loyalty, pride, selflessness, and dedication to achieve such stature. We are a close-knit group of evil vampires who have joined together, tired of being either pushed around or ignored by the massive clans that dominate this city. Every one of our members gets the "personal touch" and is helped along their path to greatness (in the hopes, of course, that you will in turn guide the next generation.)

We ask little from you but a commitment to evil, a disregard for human life, and the burning desire to make a name for yourself in this City. Heorot is led by its High Council (5 vampires including the clan leader). In all decisions, our leader relies on their advice, as well as the input of the other clan members. In important decisions, she takes the question to the clan and requests a decision. Those who attack us without provocation, whether it be in words or deeds, are dealt with.

Splinters of the Dusk[/u][/size]
The Splinters of Dusk are a strongly neutral assassin clan who do not believe in harming people for their own gratification, but for that of others only. They do not believe in vampire death, either of their victims, or themselves, and are in firm belief of vampire immortality (OOC as well as IC) - thus ignore the zero BP "law", as they expect their victims to do as well. They are highly organized and require utmost discipline from their members in Splinter matters. Outside the city, they are avid roleplayers, who wish to include the aspect of philosophy into their writings. In the bloodpoints database, their names are not linked to their biter links because of their blood-specific beliefs. The clan is small as of yet, but they do not beg for members since they have such extreme ideals that few people match up to, but must, to be a Splinter.

Interested in the pursuit of knowledge? The Sun Clan, founded by The Sun, holds knowledge and honesty sacrosanct, and strives to create a helpful community in which the vampire is free to flourish as s/he so chooses. Our neutral clan does this by providing tools to navigate the city and by ensuring a constant flow of information, as well as offering loans and friendly elders to help you out! Our forums are comprehensive, light-years beyond what other clans offer. We also have several venues for those interested in role-playing their character. For all this we merely ask that you contribute too and uphold your OOC pledge of honesty.
