District Map

When the city was first designed it did not have the districts and areas we have now... it just had street addresses. However, the fine people who play the game like to get creative and name parts of the city, so they created The District Map.
The District Map details areas of the city that players have named. This is different to territory, because a District remains the same name no matter who is in control of it. This map is complete, and no new additions will be made to it.
This map was created by the members of The Abyss. Many, many thanks to them.
NOTE: A new territories map has been created on our sister-site Dead and Buried. Please go there to see a different (and better-updated) map.

The Territory Map is different and separate from the District Map, as it details areas of the city which certain individuals or clans have laid claim to. It is ever changing, as territory swaps hands often.
If you wish to lay claim to an area of the city, post here and let us all know which part. If it's not already taken then you can have it. If part or all of it is taken, then you'll need to take it up with the current owners. This will either mean you'll need to buy it from them, or you'll need to fight them for it. You do not need to name the area you claim; it's just territory and will go under yours or your clan's name (for example: "Clan Mooncalf Territory"). You may also claim as much or as little territory as you want.
To conquer an area of territory from another clan/vampire, you need to get them to give it up. This might be a small area of their territory which they offer in peace negotiations, or it might be the whole thing. If a clan is dispersed or a player leaves the game, their territory will become available.
Note: The territories map is no longer being updated. If you wish to lay a claim, check that it doesn't cover anyone else's territories first... unless you're declaring war that is.
If you would like to try and claim a section of RavenBlack City, please see Dead and Buried to do so. Making a claim here on RBRP will do very little (if anything at all).
